Oro Valley To Close $4.5 M Deal on Steam Pump
Full Description:
Oro Valley is about to settle the deal $4.5 million that will be provided for by the Pima County bond funds and will pay for the 15-acre property between First Avenue and Tangerine Road on North Oracle Road.
Oro Valley will develop a master plan for the site, with input from residents, that will preserve historical ranch buildings, including houses from the 1870s and 1930s, outbuildings and the now collapsed steam pump building.
