D.A.R.E. Cheerleading is an organization dedicated to the youth in our community. D.A.R.E. Cheerleading is run by adult volunteers and youth instructors wanting to make a difference in the life of our children. Combined with Drug Awareness Education and Cheerleading fundamental, we are preparing our youth for the challenges of High School Cheerleading. Oro Valley D.A.R.E. Cheer

We are a non-profit, non-try-out, competitive cheer team affiliated with the DARE Officers Association of Arizona and the Northwest YMCA. The Southern Arizona Women's Chorus under the direction of Terrie Ashbaugh meets weekly on Monday evenings from 7:00 until 9:00. Our practices are held at Ascension Lutheran Church at 1220 W. Magee, just east of LaCanada. We will be accepting new members through the month of September. We will be singing at the Fox Theater on November 6, 2008.
